Save Links
Add a link manually
Save a new URL from the app and let Drock fetch its preview data.
Open the add link flow
From your workspace, create a new link from the add action or from the collection where you want it stored.
Paste the destination URL
Drock stores the target URL and then attempts to fetch Open Graph metadata so the title, description, and preview image are easier to scan later.
What to check before saving
- The URL starts with
https://orhttp:// - The destination is the page you actually want to keep
- The collection is correct before you confirm
Review the generated preview
If the external site exposes metadata, Drock will surface the title and visual automatically. You can still edit the saved item later if the fetched preview is incomplete.
Metadata is fetched from the destination
If a site has weak or missing Open Graph tags, the saved preview may be minimal even though the link itself is valid.
Keep the saved link easy to find
Use a clear title and place the link in the right collection immediately. That matters more for retrieval than saving large volumes quickly.
